These AC voltage application type static eliminators produce corona discharge by applying high voltage to the needle electrode of the static elimination electrode and grounding the counter electrode, thereby generating air ions, and neutralizing the charge of charged objects. Each system consists of a static elimination electrode, high-voltage power supply, and a high-voltage cable to connect them.
The SAT series offers voltage application type static eliminators equipped with a safety device compliant with product liability law. Each system is composed of a static elimination electrode, high-voltage power supply, and a high-voltage cable or high-voltage branch box for connecting these units. The safety device incorporated into the high-voltage power supply of the SAT Series is an overcurrent protector which shuts off the high-voltage power supply when abnormal current is detected in the static elimination electrode or high-voltage cable.
