DX has a digital display and memory storage, and is capable of transferring data to external devices. - With the minimum display unit of 1 V, it is most appropriate for use as part of the ESD. - Incorporating a H.V. power supply unit and a timer, can demonstrate its monitoring functionality of ion balandevicece with charged plate and the atmosphere (when optional charged plate A or B is used). The minimum display unit at this time is 1 V. - DX has the memory function to store sampling measurement and measurement data. - By connecting the device to a PC, the data in DX can be transferred to the PC and be displayed in graph by using a spreadsheet software program.
